Helpline
Providing financial assistance.
Pathways to financial assistance are often limited or non-existant for our South Seattle neighbors. Our helpline provides our guests with one-time financial assistance for past-due rent, utilities, and moving costs. A simple offer of solidarity that ensures that our neighbors stay housed, and maintain access to the resources they need.
The Helpline is Closed for June
Dear Community Members,
Our team values the need and time of all of our community members and understands the increasing need for financial assistance. We aim to provide support and resources rooted in equity and care. During the month of June, the Helpline Team will take time to restructure the application process to meet that goal. The Helpline Application will be closed for the month of June. Applications will re-open on July 1st.
We encourage community members to check back in mid-June for updated information on:
Eligibility: including zip code restrictions
Appointment system and structure
Application submission process
If you have any questions reach out to the Community Connector team at communityconnector@rvfb.org or helpline@rvfb.org.
