Program & Services Questions

  • Rainier Valley Food Bank is open from 9 am - 2 pm on Tuesday through Saturday.

    Grocery shopping is available on Friday and Saturday.

  • Lunches are available starting at 10 am Tuesday through Saturday.

  • Our Community Connector is available by appointment. Please stop by in person or email community.connector@rvfb.org to schedule a time to connect.

  • Grocery shopping is available on Friday and Saturday from 9 am - 11 am and 12 pm - 2 pm.

  • Our home delivery list is currently full. We look forward to reopening our waitlist shortly and accommodating new guests.

  • You can sign up to volunteer by visiting our volunteering page and clicking the button that says “Sign up to Volunteer.” For large groups or workplace volunteering, please contact volunteer@rvfb.org.

Donations Questions

  • Please bring your donations in on Tuesday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm and Saturday from 12 pm - 2 pm.

  • Please bring your donations to our distribution center by pulling up at the double doors on the side of our building.

  • Rainier Valley Food Bank accepts both fresh and non-perishable food items, in addition to personal hygiene items, baby supplies, and pet food. Some of our most requested items include oil, seasonings, boxed cake mix, sugar, tea, and coffee.

  • Please contact info@rvfb.org to learn more about our current needs and to get assistance starting your food & funds drive!

  • Monthly donors provide our organization with stability by providing a consistent flow of funds that our organization can rely on to help purchase food, fill our vehicles with gas, and much more!

    We appreciate the generosity of our monthly donors, and the role they play in helping to keep our neighbor’s plates full. Affectionately called “The Full Plate Club,” our monthly donors receive benefits including an insider newsletter, early access to event tickets, limited-run merch, and more.
