Tae Montgomery
Office Administrator
Fresh from the soil, born and raised, Tae is a Seattle native. She came to us as a volunteer and we quickly realized that we never wanted her to leave; so she joined our team as our Office Administrator! Whether getting us settled into our new facility, onboarding new team members, or managing HR concerns, Tae makes things happen behind the scenes at RVFB.
She notes that “empowering, nourishing, and serving isn’t just a mission statement written on the wall, it's who we are constantly striving to be as an organization.”
After work, you might catch Tae relaxing by the sound – she loves embracing the calming waves that come with any large body of water. Her hidden talent for spoken word poetry might leave you catching the moving words of her latest piece stage-side during one of her performances.
