A fan favorite at RVFB, King Donuts is a local AAPI-owned business that sells freshly baked, hand-cut, old-school donuts. They’ve been whipping up their classic donuts for more than 30 years with the same recipes. From delicious apple fritters to the traditional favorite maple bar, King Donuts has a donut you will love! KIM PHUONG'S FAMILY KITCHEN
Are you looking for a late-night snack? Kim Phuong's Family Kitchen serves the Renton and South Seattle communities with tasty dishes. Order their Bánh Mì sandwiches with meat or vegetarian options. Dine in for pho, chow mein, or fried rice. If you're a bubble tea fan, like we are, Kim Phuong's Family Kitchen has mango, strawberry, Thai tea, and coffee drinks, which you can add tapioca or coconut to. One of our favorites on their menu is the Sour & Salted Plum Lemonade, a classic Vietnamese drink. Stop by any day except Tuesdays when they are closed.
BUBBLE TEA, FRESH FRUIT JUICE
Just as their name says, Bubble Tea, Fresh Fruit Juice makes bubble tea and a whole lot of other treats with fresh fruit. With summertime coming soon, enjoy refreshing juices and smoothies, like their pineapple apple juice, mango passion fruit, or kiwi strawberry slushy. Available in limited quantities, their Sweet Việt Triangle Pancakes are a must-try served with cream cheese or Nutella – stop by early to ensure you can snag this delicious treat. JADE GARDEN
Looking for a restaurant to have lunch with friends and family? Stop by Jade Garden for a taste of delicious Dim Sum. Seattle Best Tea
Owners of Seattle Best Tea, Joe Hsu, and Lydia Lin, learned about tea culture from their parents and grandparents. They now share their interest in Chinese teas with Seattle Best Tea customers. There are various teas to choose from, including oolong, jasmine tea, and much more. Enjoy their newest additions to the tea shop, including milk bubble tea, a fresh smoothie, or ice cream. Purple Dot Cafe
Ever get nighttime food cravings? Purple Dot Cafe gets that and is open for business day and night. Their featured dishes include Mongolian beef, hot & sour soup, and chicken fried rice. To get a sense of the scrumptious meals they serve, choose from salads and soups, Lo Mein, meats and seafood, and congee. And if you want a boost to power you through the day, try their Hong Kong coffee.

CHUMINH TOFU
ChuMinh Tofu is a vegan restaurant serving many delightful vegan dishes, available for pickup, delivery, and an in-person buffet option. Active in their local community, ChuMinh Tofu provides free meals to anyone who needs them every Sunday from 10:30 am-12:30 pm.
