2021 Community Harvest Gala

Join us for our 2021 Community Harvest Gala on Saturday, October 2nd!

Our Gala is a celebration of resilience and growth, as well as an opportunity to recognize the generosity of the community that has sustained RVFB over the last years. We invite you to celebrate with friends, new and old, as we applaud the past and look excitedly to RVFB’s future.

We have been closely monitoring the COVID conditions and concerns within our community and have decided to modify our Community Harvest Gala.

We hoped to gather fully in person but recognize the rise of the Delta variant and want to ensure your health and safety above all else.

With those in mind, we are adapting our Gala into a hybrid event and virtual event. Please look at both options and find the best fit for you. We can’t wait to see you, whether it’s in-person or virtually!

Hybrid Celebration

Come and pick up your dinner from the Lakewood Seward Park Community Club between 4:30 and 6:30 pm. We will have your catered meals packed in take-home boxes that can be heated up so you can enjoy your meal in a place of your choosing.

We will also have tables set up outdoors, as well as beverages available to be consumed on-site. We encourage you to coordinate with your friends – get tickets and show up together, have an outdoor drink or two with them, and then pick up your meals together.

Instead of an in-person auction and paddle raise, tune in to an online and interactive program at 7:00 pm. You can bid on auction items and raise your paddle as you would for an in-person event. This will be hosted by comedian Isiah Anderson Jr. More details to follow.

At-Home Celebration
